Developer Submissions

Oyino welcomes technical proposals, integrations, and app submissions from developers and partner teams. To ensure a complete review, please include:

  • Organization name and primary contact person
  • Project name, description, and target platforms (iOS/Android/Web)
  • API references, SDK documentation, and any usage guidelines
  • Access details for any sandbox or demo environments (if applicable)
  • Compliance details with Oyino’s terms, privacy policy, and data handling standards
  • Preferred contact method and time zone

Submit materials to [email protected] with the subject line “Developer Submission.” Our partnerships team will acknowledge receipt within the stated window and outline next steps after a preliminary review.

Response Times

Oyino maintains transparent timelines to keep you informed at every stage:

  • General inquiries: acknowledgement within 1 business day; a comprehensive response within 2–3 business days.
  • Developer submissions: acknowledgement within 1–2 business days; technical review and follow-up within 5–7 business days, depending on complexity.
  • Critical issues affecting service availability: we escalate immediately and coordinate direct contact as quickly as possible, typically within the same business day.
